We want you to love your jewellery so much you wear it all the time! Over time and under certain stresses and strains jewellery can unexpectedly break, but that doesn't need to be the end of your jewellery's lifetime!
Please email me at [email protected] with a photograph and description of the breakage and I'll let you know which package to select from this listing to cover the repair costs. The shipping method you choose when ordering this listing is for the shipping method to ship the repaired jewellery back to you.
Once you've placed your order please send your jewellery back to me in a padded envelope or the original packaging to protect it and send it via a trackable form of delivery. I'll let you know when your jewellery has arrived, has been repaired and is back on its way to you.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
